About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for pharmacy benefit management services. The amendment clarifies questions from a previous amendment regarding required reports and differing network size decrease percentages. It also edits the solicitation's performance work statement section on network standards to define urban, suburban and rural locations based on population thresholds from U.S. Census Bureau definitions. For network size guarantees, it specifies that the contractor must maintain the initial retail pharmacy network size with a maximum ten percent decrease, and provides an example. Monthly reporting on network access and size is required to demonstrate compliance with the standards.
