About this file
This is an amendment to a previous combined solicitation addressing submitted questions for on-site inscription services at Fort Jackson National Cemetery. The Department of Veterans Affairs National Cemetery Administration is seeking a contractor to provide inscription services at the Fort Jackson National Cemetery location in Columbia, South Carolina (29229). The solicitation number is 36C78626Q0063, with a response deadline of July 24, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time. The product service code is L099 (Other Professional Services) with NAICS code 561990. The contracting office is located in Triangle, Virginia (22172), with the point of contact being Contracting Officer Weston Worsham (Weston.Worsham@va.gov).
The amendment clarifies that no SF30 signature is required; instead, quoters must provide a statement acknowledging receipt of all amendments, with failure to do so resulting in non-responsiveness and ineligibility for award. Key Q&A responses indicate that the Government will not release historical workload data, prior contractor performance information, or historical quality/rework metrics. Offerors must base quotations on the estimated quantities provided in the Price/Cost Schedule and the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work. The contractor is responsible for providing and maintaining all portable structures, storage, equipment, utilities, and consumable materials necessary to perform the contract within the designated on-site inscription operations area at the cemetery.
