About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document with updates for solicitation 36C78625Q50134 regarding Facility Maintenance Support Services at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. The document clarifies three main areas: homeless encampment cleanouts, generator maintenance requirements, and related specifications.

The updates specify that homeless camp cleanouts will occur bi-annually (twice per year) for four camps per event, with sites approximately 50 yards from the roadside over rough terrain. NMCP staff will clear the areas before contractor work begins. Generator maintenance requirements have been modified to include both monthly maintenance and annual service, with the annual service comprising oil changes, filter replacements, belt replacements as needed, and comprehensive inspection of engine, alternator, control system, and exhaust components. The document also corrects the number of generator sets from 2 to 1 outdoor standby diesel generator set at the Administration Building, with maintenance to be performed weekly Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
