About this file
This document is a set of topographic survey drawings for the Beaufort National Cemetery expansion project. The key details are:
The survey was conducted by Survtech Solutions, Inc. and covers approximately 6 acres adjacent to the existing Beaufort National Cemetery. The drawings depict the existing topography, trees, utilities, and other site features. The horizontal datum is NAD83 South Carolina Zone, 2011 adjustment, and the vertical datum is NAVD88. A National Geodetic Survey benchmark was used to establish elevations. The survey notes indicate it is not a boundary survey and that the surveyor reserves the right to verify the location of trees critical to the design.
The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation (Solicitation Number 36C78624B0028) issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs National Cemetery Administration for the Beaufort National Cemetery Gravesite Expansion and Facility Condition Assessment Improvements project (831CM3016). The project involves site work and facility improvements at the Tallahassee National Cemetery.
