About this file
This solicitation and statement of work document outlines requirements for a firm fixed price renovation contract at Fort Harrison National Cemetery in Virginia. The National Cemetery Administration seeks proposals to renovate the maintenance building, including providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to complete work in accordance with attached specifications, drawings, and statement of work. Offerors are to submit fixed unit pricing for the base contract scope and four deductive alternates involving asphalt removal, lighting protection, cemetery entrance improvements, and garage accessories. Proposals will be evaluated using lowest price technically acceptable criteria, with price reasonableness determined in relation to an independent government cost estimate. The contract type is 100% set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, with an anticipated 180-day performance period.
