About this file

This document contains an amendment to a solicitation and the related federal contract opportunity. The amendment notifies offerors of the government's responses to questions regarding a solicitation to renovate the maintenance building at Fort Harrison National Cemetery in Virginia. The solicitation seeks a firm-fixed price contract for labor, materials, equipment, and services to complete renovations according to the statement of work, specifications, and drawings. The acquisition will utilize the lowest price technically acceptable source selection process. Offerors must be service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. The response clarifies that existing gravel should remain in one area of the project site.
