About this file

This document is a pre-solicitation notice for a federal contract opportunity issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Technology Acquisition Center Austin. The VA is seeking Architect-Engineering (A-E) services for the design of a new Radiation Oncology Building in Lexington, Kentucky. The project has an estimated construction cost between $10-20 million and a required facility size of 14,000 gross square feet. The VA will award a firm-fixed-price design contract to the most highly qualified A-E firm, selected through an evaluation process focused on specialized experience, professional qualifications, capacity, past performance, and knowledge of the locality. This is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). Firms must be SBA-certified SDVOSBs to be eligible.
