2. 8/10/22 Is there Contractor specific Entrance/Exit available/designated for the work of this project given that it is a 24/7/365 Facility?
Please see the attached pdf for entrance/egress in B19. The contractor needs to coordinate with the COR onsite access for activities including delivery, demolition, removal, and other impacts. B19 is not a 24/7/365 facility. The Clinic operations is from Monday to Friday, 7:30am

Due to constraints onsite, there is minimal space provided for laydown area. The contractor shall plan for their delivery as needed. There is no space available for construction trailers. Space within the building that is under an active phase of construction is in ownership of the contractor.
4. 8/10/22 Currently there is a lot of furniture in the various rooms, what is the VA’s plan/expectations regarding this furniture?
The VA will remove the furniture before the project starts.
5. 8/10/22 The project is designated to be 480 days split between two phases however the phasing durations don’t appear to be identified within the documents.
Does the VA have a set duration for each phase or is that to be worked out between the VA and Contractor post award?
