About this file

This is Amendment No. 4 to a Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) for a Litchfield, Minnesota Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) facility, issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs on April 10, 2026.

The amendment removes the requirement for "CBOC Mobile Technology Covered Walkway, Bldg Sprt" from Exhibit C.1 – Detailed Space Plan. However, the amendment clarifies that two covered structures remain required as part of the project scope: the Veteran Covered Drop-Off (SB101) and the CBOC Covered Drop-Off/Pick-Up (SB106). The Lease Contracting Officer, Robert Hausman, issued this amendment in response to offeror inquiries regarding the scope of covered elements. Offerors are required to acknowledge receipt of this amendment by signing and returning the Acknowledgement of Receipt form via email to Robert.Hausman2@va.gov and Corina.Gold@va.gov with their proposal submission.
