Questions and Answers

1. Question: Please provide a recent coordination study which will include a single line diagram? If you do not have a recent coordination study, can you please provide a single line diagram?

Response: Yes, I can provide a one-line diagram, but it is for reference only they are not certified.

2. Question: Regarding the single line, understood on it as being a reference purpose only. If you could please provide the single line, that would be appreciated.

Response: See response to question 1.

3. Question: Page 10 in the SOW (see screenshot below) states medium voltage breakers and protective relays are to be tested but the equipment list on pages 11-13 does not list any. Please confirm there are no medium voltage circuit breakers with protective relays that need to be inspected and tested?

Response: Yes, there are medium voltage circuit breakers with protective relays. See attached picture.

4. Question: Please provide answers to questions in red based on the equipment list on pages 11-12.

Response: Is this a low voltage breaker? They all show the primary and secondary voltages in the description.

Is the secondary breaker mounted in the transformer secondary side? If the description shows a secondary breaker, then the breaker is mounted inside the transformer in the secondary side not in a separate switch gear or switch board.

Are there more breakers that need inspected and tested? No other breakers then what is shown need to be inspected or tested.

Is there a low voltage breaker on the secondary side? If the description shows a secondary breaker, then yes if not then no secondary breaker is present.

4. Question: Please provide the quantity and type of MV breakers and relays that need to get tested as the equipment list does not have any information on this.

Response: I have provided a one-line diagram and a copy of the test report from 2017 showing the MV breakers.

5. Question: Does the requirement include offline testing and maintenance of low voltage (120-480v) panels and circuit breakers?

Response: Only the breakers that are shown will be tested.

6. Question: Please specify if any primary injection is required for LV circuit breakers?

Response: Preferred method for testing circuit breakers 250 Amps and larger is secondary injection through electronic test port.

7. Question: Please specify the counts/quantities of the LV equipment, if it is to be required in the contract scope of work.

Response: The SOW and the description shows the voltages and the counts.

8. Question: Is there any transformers associated with buildings 35 or 36?

Response: See the attached one-line diagram and a copy of the test report from 2017 showing the MV breakers

9. Question: Please provide the relay quantity and type that must be tested?

Response: See the attached one-line zdiagram and a copy of the test report from 2017 showing the MV breakers
