About this file

This document contains answers to questions regarding Solicitation Number 36C26223B0009 to replace the main hospital electrical service at the VA Prescott medical center. The project involves upgrading the electrical service and integrating new security systems, including adding two cameras to the existing Vivotek video surveillance system which uses VAST2 software version 2.11.05100 on a custom-built server. The Lenel OnGuard access control system integrates with Identiv/Vision facial recognition software to provide access control via license plate images from LPR cameras. An Identiv/Vision server will need to be added to integrate the security systems with the existing Hirsch/Identiv card access system. Network switches with available POE ports and an UPS are already in place to support the card access and video surveillance equipment. No additional servers, workstations or network video recorders are required.
