CS called the Contractor to clarify --- Per the SOW since it is already identified for power to not be down for any longer than 4 hours – and anything greater --- than the 4 hours proper coordination is to be made to ensure power is provided.

- KTR is unclear as to why on E601 Note 8 it identifies the need for additional temporary power to Chillers 1&2 when the need to address the lose of power is already overall addressed within the SOW.

- Is there a reason the two chillers are specifically identified?

(ANSWER 9b) This should address contractor’s concern:

1. After NHB1 is energized, reroute the feeders for Chiller #2 and NHP-1 to Panel

NHB1. Chiller #3 will remain de-activated.

2. Existing (On-site) Emergency Generator(s) will power loads from NHB2 allowing deactivation of TF1CA2 and NHB2 when deenergized.

3. Two (2) chillers are required to run at all times. The third chiller to remain off until NHB2 is energized.

4. No other temporary power sources are required.
