· If the amount of this cleanse is exceeded will the government request additional funding?

· Yes, if emergency funds reach near $0, the COR will request an increase.

· Due to CLIN 0017, 0018, 0019 and 0020 being lump sums how will contracting officer, COR and awarded vendor determine if the amount of funds allocated towards emergency service have been exceeded if it is not broken out per option year?

· Please reference attached, new breakdown of all option years.

· Can the government please confirm parts and material are billable against CLIN 0009?

· Yes, parts and material are billable against the emergency service clines.

· Can the government please confirm emergency service calls (inside and outside of normal business hours Including holidays) are billable against CLIN 0009?

· Yes Emergency calls can take place at any given time. Hence, 24-hour Emergency service stated in opening paragraph of SOW.

· Can the government please confirm that non critical service call request is billable against CLIN 0009

· Yes, non-critical service calls can be billed to Emergency Service. We can inform the contractor if we need the equipment serviced the same day or if we have a few days when the COR makes the emergency call.

· In the event of emergency service call, will the government require the awarded contractor to supply a proposal before technicians are dispatched?

· No, THE Government expects technicians to come assess the issue and let me know what the problem is. If possible and price seems reasonable, the Government will approve the work and expect the repair to be made immediately. If parts have to be ordered, that is when the Government expects a quote on the parts and time it will take to repair. There are too many factors and the Government knows that troubleshooting takes time and it is hard to estimate a quote before finding the issue. If the issue is extravagant and exceeds $30,000, Then the COR will seek approval by the CO before moving forward with the repair.

· Should all proposals be broken out into parts in labor?

· Yes, when providing the COR a proposal, th eGovernment will need a breakdown of how much was spent on parts and labor and corresponding prices.

· No, but the Government can most likely shut down 2 at a time and rotate them out the same day.

· Is the awarded contractor responsible for any water treatment associated with the chillers cooling towers or pumps? No, the Government has a licensed third-party vendor for water treatment.

· If yes, Please provide equipment information and scope of work.

· Can the government please provide a schedule for changing the gearbox oil of the four cooling towers.

· Typically the OEM recommends changing cooling tower gear box oil every five years, does the government know when an oil change was last completed?

· Cooling tower gearbox oil was last replaced 3 years ago. So it would need to be changed in 2 years or if the gearbox goes bad before then.
