The room controller shall be programmed as shown on the plans.

B. System Components:

1. Room Controller: Comply with UL 508; programmable, solid-state, astronomic 365-day control unit with non-volatile memory, mounted in preassembled relay panel with low-voltage inputs, (3) separate line voltage contacts and (3) 0-10V dimming outputs for separate control of lighting zones. Unit shall be rated for 120/277V input with 120/277V 20A output. The Room Controller shall have (6) RJ45 inputs for connecting low voltage switches and sensors. Room Controllers are fully functional out-of-the-box to the connected devices in the space without commissioning or the use of any tools. Low voltage connections to devices shall be made using RJ45 cables. Room Controller assembly shall be capable of locating above the finished ceiling in plenum rated areas.
2. Low Voltage Switch / Dimmer: Low voltage momentary pushbutton switches in 2, 3, and 4 button configurations as detailed on the drawings. Ivory switches with ivory decorator cover plates. Two RJ-45 ports for connection to the Room Controller local network input. Multiple low voltage switches may be installed in a room by connecting them to the Room Controller local network. No additional configuration will be required to achieve multi-way switching. Pre-defined functions shall include (all on, all off, half lights, full lights, raise, and lower). See drawings for details. Switch inputs shall be cable of programming VIA the Room Controller to match the lighting sequence of operations on the plans.
3. Occupancy Sensor: Wall- or ceiling-mounting, solid-state class 2 device - Dual Technology (combination PIR and ultrasonic detection methods) units with an occupancy coupler device and relay unit, suitable for the environmental conditions in which installed. Controls incorporate non-volatile memory. Settings and parameters shall not be lost in the event of power interruptions. Unless otherwise indicated in the lighting control sequence of operations, turn lights on when covered area is occupied and off when unoccupied; with a 1-to-15-minute adjustable time delay for turning lights off. Sensor shall output through #18 AWG shielded conductors to an occupancy coupler device. This device shall convert the signal over to CAT 5E cable. Sensor shall be powered from the room controller associated with the space. When multiple sensors are to be used with a single room controller, only one occupancy sensor coupler may be used in tandem with the line voltage power pack. This power pack will provide power for up to 5 occupancy sensors.
a.Sensor: Suitable for mounting in any position on a standard outlet box.
b.Time-Delay and Sensitivity Adjustments: Recessed and concealed behind hinged door.
c.Indicator: LED, to show when motion is being detected during testing and normal operation of the sensor.
