About this file

This is a Wage Determination document issued by the U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL) for Service Contract Act (SCA) compliance on federal contracts. The wage determination applies to the St. Louis, Missouri area (Wage Determination Number 2015-5075, Revision 34, effective 08/21/2026) and establishes mandatory minimum monetary wages and fringe benefits that must be paid to all service employees performing work under this contract. The determination is incorporated by reference into the solicitation with the same legal force as if fully reproduced in the contract text, and contractors and their subcontractors are required to comply with these wage standards for all employees engaged in contract performance.

The complete wage determination details are accessible electronically through the SAM.gov website under the Wage Determinations search function by selecting Service Contract Act, the applicable state and county, and the relevant wage determination number. The USDOL has specifically determined that contractors must pay Service Contract Act wages to employees during travel time to and from work sites for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Upon written request, the Contracting Officer will provide a full text copy of the wage determination. This document applies to solicitation 36C25526Q0678 for an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) project at the St. Louis VA Medical Center under the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration.
