About this file
This document is an Amendment to a federal contract detailing changes to existing contract clauses and provisions for a Department of Veterans Affairs solicitation. The amendment includes modifications to several Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses, specifically focusing on labor standards, wage requirements, and compliance with Executive Order 13899 regarding anti-semitism. Key changes include updates to clauses related to construction wage rates, subcontract labor standards, and contract termination provisions.
The amendment applies to solicitation 36C25225B0002 for a project involving chilled water piping between buildings, issued by the Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 12. The document notes that some system representations in the System for Award Management (SAM) may lag behind current policy updates, and contracting officers will not consider certain previously required representations when making award decisions.
