The ARS is adding the Lab to the emergency power, A . All Questions as to costs inclusion in TI (Tenant Improvements) are directed to reference Exhibit O, TICS Tables Tab titled “Shell TI Definitions”.

The WASAU CBOC is similar in size and purpose as the La Crosse CBOC. The size generator determined for that clinic is 140- KW generator. Assume the same size unit for estimating purposes. Items on emergency power that might be atypical are laboratory refrigerator, HVAC, medical gas pumps, security system, Omnicell, IT/Communications, and printers used for generating orders and prescriptions. The Physical Security Design Manual 9.2 and the Electrical Design Manual provides additional guidance on back-up power. Diesel fueled engines are required.
