The specs call out a 10 year warranty with 90mil EPDM, the standard warranty on EPDM roof systems is 20 years with 60mil EPDM and a 30 year warranty can be obtained with 90mil EPDM as long as certain enhancements are use during installation. Please advise which warranty we should bid the project as and if it shall be bid as 90mil EPDM or 60mil EPDM.
