Project Title: Replace Elevators, Building 2, 7, 13, 39, 82

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, supervision, As-Built Documentation, and all other related information for Project 515-21-103, Replace Elevators, Buildings 2, 7, 13, 39, 82, at the VA Medical Center in Battle Creek, Michigan. This project includes work, but is not limited to, the contractor furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, management, supervision, tools and all other necessary resources to complete project 515-21-103, Replace Elevators, Buildings 2, 7, 13, 39, 82 as required by the specifications and drawings.

Re-keying Phase, Re-key all existing fire fighter’s Service for elevators in Buildings: 5, 14, 22, 83, 84, 200 and elevator #2 in Building’s 39 & 82.

The contractor will receive a total of 730 days to complete the work.
