About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for contract 36C24926B0001, titled "603-26-103 - Repair Storm and Snow Damage". The RFI contains a comprehensive list of questions from a potential contractor seeking clarification on multiple aspects of a repair project, with most responses indicating that the contractor must verify existing site conditions. Key areas of inquiry include culvert repairs in parking lots and roadways, storm drain culvert repairs near a loading dock, basin repairs, parking lot curb replacements and repairs, fence repairs along Country Club Road, drainage repairs in Lot 17, and storm line repairs for Building 4.

The document repeatedly emphasizes that the contractor must independently verify site conditions for most project elements, including pipe sizes, lengths, depths, locations of storm pipes and structures, wooden fence post replacements, and curb repair lengths. Specific guidance is provided for matching existing specifications, complying with local/state/federal regulations, and using contractor-determined means and methods for various repair tasks. The RFI suggests the project involves extensive infrastructure repair following storm and snow damage, with the contractor expected to conduct thorough on-site assessments to develop a precise repair strategy.
