Followup Questions for Solicitation 36C24920R0048 for the Bowling Green, KY CBOC, Submitted June 22, 2020
TCTC/LPN
1. As a follow-up to Amendment 002, Question/Answer #5 states that Bowling Green has 1,273 unique encounters and as a result of the 1 TCTC/LPN per 1,000 requirements, an increase is needed. However, Question/Answer #30 cites the RFP, which states the total unique encounters for FY19 at PC-268/MH-3,445 and FY20 at PC-2,017/MH-5,714. Why are the numbers for unique encounters different? Please explain why different numbers are given for unique encounters for Telehealth services.
Question 5 response was answering how many TCTC/LPN staff BG Clinic need will.
Question 30 is specifically asking total numbers of unique encounters for telehealth.
Two different questions.
2. Amendment 002, Question/Answer 69, please clarify what items should be included in Vol I, “Section 3 – Business Operations.”
See page 155 FACTOR II – Business Operations for details of what is required to submit with proposal.
3. Factor II in the Evaluation Factors states, “Provide certification that salaries and fringe benefits for professional staff are reasonable and in accordance with standard market practices.” Please clarify what constitutes “certification” that salaries and fringe benefits for professional staff are reasonable and accord with standard market practices.
This sentence is removed due to the amendment 1, removing the personnel documentation to provide certification that salaries and fringe benefits for professional staff are reasonable and in accordance with standard market practices. PWS Reference: 2.19.1.
4. Will the Government accept a single-sided document for the Bowling Green RFP response? Two-sided production can be complicated and result in considerable paper use as well.
The double-sided printing is mandated by the FAR 52.204-4.
