PRE-BID SITE VISIT AGENDA

SOLICITATION NO. 36C24626R0023
Increase Surgical Access – Project 652-24-103
1. Attendees to fill out the sign-in sheet. Introductions of VA personnel present.
2. Contracting Officer will review the following:
• The Solicitation, plans, specifications are located at the SAM Contracting Opportunities site, this is the only official site to obtain these documents. Any amendments will also be posted here. Offerors are responsible for periodically checking the site. All amendments shall be acknowledged with the proposal.
• The completion time for the project is 520 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
• Prospective offerors are advised that all questions must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist email: aaron.holmes@va.gov and madeline.lucena-pulst@va.gov. Any information provided by the VA during the site visit in response to questions and clarifications is unofficial until it has been approved and provided in writing by the Contracting Officer. RFIs will be answered via an Amendment posted to the Vendor Portal (SAM.gov). Deadline for submission of RFIs for this solicitation is Monday, April 13 at 9:00 AM EST.
• Proposals must be received by Monday, May 4, 2026 at 9:00 AM EST.
• The purpose of this site visit is for offerors to ascertain the nature and location of the work and the conditions affecting the work or its cost. IAW FAR Clause 52.236-3. The VA surmises that if you are making an offer has satisfied themselves with the conditions.
3. COR will discuss the following as needed:
• Scope of work on the project
• Drawings/Specifications
• Safety
4. Site visit lead by COR.
5. Site/Work areas not accessible during the visit: interstitial, mechanical room photos will be forthcoming.
