About this file
This document is a water quality testing report from HGS Analytical Laboratory for the East Orange VA Medical Center, dated October 15, 2025, covering water samples collected on October 7, 2025. The report details six water samples taken from three sinks in the Main SPS Building, analyzing each sample's critical and utility water lines for pH, bacteria levels, Total Organic Carbon (TOC), conductivity, total hardness, and alkalinity. The samples were tested following Standard Methods 9215C and ANSI/AAMI ST108:2023 requirements, with all samples showing minimal bacterial presence (mostly <10 CFU/mL), pH levels between 7.64 and 8.3, and varying levels of TOC from 0 to 18.5 mg/L. The HGS Analytical Laboratory is ELAP certified, NYSDOH compliant, and CDC certified, with the report signed by Quality Manager Kathleen Abraham and Technical Supervisor Jordan Coleman.
