About this file

This is a price/cost schedule template for high voltage equipment maintenance services at the Northport VA Medical Center. The schedule covers a base period (2025) and four option years (2026-2029), with each period running January 1 through December 31. The services include scheduled monthly maintenance for main switchgear, substations, transformers, automatic transfer switches (ATS), and ground resistance testing. An annual thermographic study is required to identify electrical faults.

The CLINs also include provisions for emergency services, with separate labor rates for regular business hours, overtime, holidays and weekends under both Service Contract Act and Davis-Bacon Act requirements. Emergency services beyond 4 hours require Contracting Officer approval, and repairs exceeding 32 hours fall under Davis-Bacon Act rates. The schedule includes line items for unscheduled repair parts that will be funded as needed. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, services, insurance, equipment and transportation necessary for the maintenance and repair work.
