The Offeror should not alter in any way the information or number of tabs, other than to enter their proposed rates and add the Offeror’s Wage Determination Number (WD), if different than WD 2015-4282. Printing the spreadsheets is not considered altering the attachment. Offerors shall propose hourly rates that are rounded to two decimal places. The Offeror shall provide an hourly rate and a fully burdened rate for each labor category. For labor categories which are not subject to the Service Contract Act, Offerors are not required to specify hourly rate or fringe benefits but must still provide a total hourly rate + fringe benefits rate and a fully burdened hourly rate.
