About this file

This document is an addendum to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) for an ODOT Account Manager for the OreGo Road Usage Charge program. The purpose of this addendum is to correct a math error in the point and score calculations section of the RFP. The total points possible for the evaluation criteria have been reduced from 150 to 125 (or from 200 to 175 if goods testing is conducted). The RFP solicits proposals for an account manager to support the OreGo program, which is a road usage charge program in the state of Oregon. The contract will serve Clackamas County and the city of Salem.

The RFP outlines the evaluation criteria, which include compliance with technical requirements, proposers' relevant past performance, programmatic qualifications, and viable additional features. Pricing will also be evaluated. Proposals will be ranked based on the average scores from the evaluation panel. No other changes have been made to the RFP document.

3.11 POINT AND SCORE CALCULATIONS

The Purchaser will average the scores for the Evaluation Criteria (including the scores for the presentations, if conducted). The average scores will be calculated by totaling the points awarded by each Evaluation Panel member and dividing by the number of members). ODOT will then determine the rank order for each Proposal, with the highest scoring Proposal receiving the highest rank and each successive rank order determined by the next highest score.

The price score for each Proposal is calculated by the Purchaser as stated in section 3.6 - Price Evaluation.
