1 Past Experience 102 Please consider allowing the past 10 years of experience in lieu of the past 5 years. This would allow for additional relevant experience, specifically for Smithsonian, to be included for evaluation.

In such fast-evolving market, 5 years of recent experience may be more valuable.

2 Key Personnel 100-101 Please advise if the quality control manager and historic preservationist roles can be filled by the same person, if they meet the requirements of both roles.

Both roles can be filled by the same person provided the person meets the requirements for both roles.

3 Key Personnel 100-101 Please advise if the requirements for safety manager can be adjusted to 5 years of experience in safety in lieu of 5 years as a project superintendent and 3 years as a safety manager.

Requirements can not be adjusted. They remain as noted in the solicitation.
