About this file

This is a Fiscal Procedures attachment document issued by the State Public Charter School Authority (SPCSA) in Nevada, establishing administrative and billing requirements for vendors providing document library, consulting, and project management services. The document outlines mandatory fiscal record maintenance, cost reporting protocols, and vendor identification requirements. Vendors must submit invoices within 20 days of service completion, including the CETS contract number, itemized services as described in the scope of work, and the service period. All invoices must be submitted to the designated SPCSA fiscal unit, with processing occurring within 30 days of receipt. Prior authorization is required for any services, fees, or charges not identified in the original Scope of Work.

Vendor responsibilities include maintaining services at or below specified contract rates and coordinating with the Contract Monitor to ensure adherence to contracted amounts for each service and fiscal year. Vendors must use consistent legal names and addresses for billing to ensure timely payment, and they are solely responsible for transferring payments to any subcontractors. Invoices that do not comply with the prescribed format and billing requirements will not be processed for payment. Submissions should be directed to spcsafinance@spcsa.nv.gov and the Program Monitor at the SPCSA office located at 3427 Goni Road, Suite 103, Carson City, Nevada 89706, with telephone contact at 775-688-2235.
