This is a Solicitation/Contract for Household Goods Packing and Crating Services for the Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Iwakuni in Japan. The solicitation (FA520926Q0005) is a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside contract with a base year from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027, and an option year from April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2028, with a potential 6-month extension. The contract is an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type with a minimum guaranteed amount of JPY 100,000 and a maximum value of JPY 140,000,000. The contract will be awarded to a single contractor responsible for packing and crating household goods for military personnel at the Iwakuni base, with pricing arranged as a firm fixed price and services to be performed entirely in Japan.

The solicitation requires offerors to submit three electronic volumes: Volume I (Summary and Miscellaneous Data), Volume II (Price), and Volume III (Past Performance), with specific formatting and submission guidelines. Evaluation will be based on two primary factors: past performance and price, with the Contracting Officer selecting the lowest-priced quotation among those with the highest past performance rating. Offerors must be licensed and registered to perform work in Japan and have an established Japanese CAGE code. The solicitation includes numerous federal acquisition regulations, representations, and certifications, with a quote submission deadline of February 16, 2026, at 12:00 AM.
