About this file

This document is a minutes record from a Mandatory Pre-bid meeting for the Murray Police Training Center Range Make-Up Air Handler Replacement Request for Proposal (RFP), identified as project #25-26. The meeting addressed three key questions from potential bidders regarding the project's implementation details. Working hours were specified as Monday through Friday, 7am-5pm, with potential for permit-based extended hours, and scheduling to be coordinated through Tom Martin at Murray Police Department.

The RFP confirms that control system upgrades are part of the project scope, specifically noting control panel installation, programming, and required documentation as outlined in sections 2.3 and 2.6 of the RFP. While the primary project focuses on the range make-up air handler replacement, bidders were encouraged to optionally propose an A/C solution, though it is not within the current project's core scope of work. The document suggests that interested contractors should carefully review the full RFP, particularly pages 7-8, for comprehensive project details and requirements.
