About this file
This is a Non-Collusion Declaration form required for bid submission to Letcher County Fiscal Court in Kentucky for asbestos abatement services. The declaration is a standard attestation document that bidders must complete and submit with their proposals for the pre-demolition asbestos abatement and removal project at residential and commercial properties acquired through the county's voluntary property buyout grant program. The form certifies that the bid is genuine, independently prepared, and not part of any collusive or sham bidding arrangement. By executing the declaration, bidders represent that they have not engaged in any communication, agreement, or coordination with other bidders regarding bid pricing, cost elements, or bid contents, and that all statements contained in the submission are truthful and accurate.
The declaration requires that any person executing the form on behalf of a corporate entity, partnership, joint venture, limited liability company, or other organizational structure represents that they possess full authority to execute the document on the bidder's behalf. The signatory affirms the truthfulness of all representations under penalty of perjury in accordance with applicable Kentucky law. This document is a mandatory compliance requirement for participation in the Letcher County asbestos abatement services procurement and must be completed by all bidders seeking consideration for award.
