About this file

This is a Cost Sheet Exhibit for a Request for Qualifications issued by the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency for Lien Satisfaction and Recording Services under the New Jersey Homeowner Assistance Fund Program. The Agency seeks qualified contractors to create, complete, sign, record, and distribute lien satisfactions for mortgages originated under the NJ ERMA Homeowner Assistance Fund program upon expiration of their three-year terms. Contractors will be required to submit monthly invoices throughout the Federal Homeowner Assistance Fund Performance Period, with remaining satisfactions distributed at program closure for prepayment completion.

The Agency will compensate contractors at a fixed rate of $100 per completed satisfaction. Invoices are to be submitted monthly until the Agency closes the active program at the end of the performance period. Contractors may petition the Agency to reexamine and adjust the fee structure if recording fees increase by more than twenty percent from inception costs; however, final determination of any fee modification remains solely at the Agency's discretion. Bidders must formally accept or decline the outlined terms, with signature constituting attestation that the bidder has read, understood, and agrees to all terms, conditions, and specifications of the RFQ. Failure to accept within the specified timeframe or failure to meet contract terms may result in suspension or debarment from future Agency bidding.
