About this file

The document is a Conformance Statements attachment for a Tax Lien Internet Auction Services contract issued by Pinal County, Arizona. This attachment requires vendors to acknowledge and confirm their understanding and compliance with the Scope of Work and Terms and Conditions for the solicitation. Vendors must explicitly indicate whether they fully accept the contract terms by checking "YES" or specify any exceptions by checking "NO" and providing detailed rationales for proposed changes. The document also requires vendors to disclose whether they intend to propose any supplemental agreements and provide those agreements in Word format if applicable.

The solicitation seeks a qualified supplier to provide professional online auction services for selling delinquent tax liens, a process the Pinal County Treasurer's Office has conducted via internet auction for 19 years. While Arizona Revised Statutes charge the Treasurer's Office with selling delinquent tax liens, the statutes do not mandate a specific sales method. The contract opportunity (Contract #261130RFQ) allows vendors to propose modifications to the contract terms, with the understanding that exceptions not explicitly included in this document may not be considered, and taking exceptions could potentially negatively impact proposal evaluation.
