About this file

The document is an Offer Form for a Tax Lien Internet Auction Services contract issued by the Pinal County Treasurer's Office in Arizona. The solicitation seeks a qualified supplier to provide professional online auction services for selling delinquent tax liens, a process the county has conducted via internet auction for the past 19 years. The form is part of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) with the identifier #261130RFQ, allowing vendors to submit their proposal for providing these specialized auction services.

The offer form includes several key certification requirements for potential vendors, including non-discrimination assurances, compliance with Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) regarding electronics and information technology products, prohibition of forced labor, and confirmation that the responder is not debarred from government contracts. Vendors must provide company details, contact information, and an authorized signature, with explicit warnings that false statements could void the offer and potentially result in legal penalties. The document emphasizes transparency and ethical conduct in the procurement process for this tax lien auction service contract.
