About this file
This file is a questionnaire attachment for the Clark County School District's Instructional Materials Adoption 2026 process in Nevada. The document outlines mandatory submission requirements for vendors proposing curriculum materials for adoption, specifically related to Biology and Honors Biology textbook adoption. Vendors must address six critical evaluation areas when submitting materials for consideration.
The questionnaire requires vendors to detail their training and professional development offerings for district and school staff, specifying the methods of support available such as virtual, in-person, and online modules for initial implementation, follow-up support, and technical assistance. Vendors must identify the staff members who will provide support services, provide contact information and case studies demonstrating product support history with large urban districts or states, demonstrate alignment with the Smarter Balanced Assessment system targets, and confirm whether modified versions exist for students with moderate to severe cognitive disabilities and for Spanish-language dual-language programs. These requirements establish the evaluation criteria for instructional materials vendors responding to RFP 27004TLH, with the questionnaire effective as of March 20, 2023.
