About this file

This is an accessibility compliance attachment for a Request for Proposal issued by the University of Texas at Austin for Commencement Staging & Labor Services (RFP 721-26056). The attachment establishes mandatory accessibility requirements for electronic and information resources (EIRs) that the contractor must provide under the agreement. The contractor is required to ensure all EIRs, associated documentation, and support materials comply with applicable Texas Administrative Code Chapter 213 and Texas Government Code Subchapter M, Chapter 2054, which govern accessibility standards for individuals with disabilities.

The contractor warrants that all provided electronic and information resources will meet established accessibility standards and commits to remediating any non-compliant components at no cost to the University or replacing non-compliant resources entirely. If the contractor fails or is unable to achieve compliance, the University retains the right to terminate the agreement and obtain a full refund of all payments within thirty days of termination. Additionally, the contractor must provide full cooperation and assistance for accessibility testing, planning, and execution activities conducted by the University or its designated third-party testing resources as required by applicable regulations.
