About this file
This is a Cost Proposal form for Salt Lake City Corporation's Request for Proposals SLCI26086 for Investment Adviser Services in Utah. The form serves as Attachment 3 of the solicitation and requires offerors to provide comprehensive cost information for delivering investment advisory services. All costs necessary to perform the contracted services must be included on this standardized form, with specific cells requiring input from the offeror while others auto-populate based on entered data. The proposal format is mandatory, and any deviation may result in disqualification. Offerors are instructed that technical requirements and cost proposals must align with one another, and any costs not provided on this form will not be permitted into the resulting contract.
The fee structure for investment advisory services is based on assets under management, calculated as an average of the previous month's ending market value and the current month's ending market value, excluding local government investment pools. Fees are charged as a percentage of assets under management using a step-tiered structure where reaching a break point results in the entire portfolio fee dropping to the new lower rate. The tiered fee schedule covers four asset ranges: $0 to $50 million, $50 to $100 million, $100 to $250 million, and $250 million and above, with all basis points currently entered as 0.000%. Investment advisor fees are billed in arrears monthly and calculated based on the average daily balance during the previous billing period.
