About this file

All solicitation questions must be submitted electronically through the Vendor Discussions section of the Bonfire procurement portal at https://charlottenc.bonfirehub.com. Vendors are required to submit all proposals electronically via the same portal before the project's posted deadline, with the City recommending submissions be completed at least one week prior to the due date to account for upload times and finalization processes. Technical support for portal access is available through Bonfire's help forum at https://vendorsupport.gobonfire.com/hc/en-us, by email at Support@GoBonfire.com, or by telephone at 1-800-354-8010. Vendors new to the Bonfire system are directed to a five-minute training video on Vendor Registration and Submission available on the Bonfire Vendor Support website. The City of Charlotte emphasizes strict adherence to submission deadlines and portal procedures to ensure proposals are properly received and evaluated.
