About this file

The document is a Debarment and Suspension Certification form from the Cherokee County School District's Procurement Services Department. The form requires bidders to certify that their company and any potential subcontractors are not debarred, suspended, ineligible, or excluded from contract awards by the U.S. Department of Agriculture or any other Federal, State, or Local Agency.

Key requirements include that bidders must immediately notify the Cherokee County School District (CCSD) if they become debarred or placed on the Consolidated List of Debarred, Suspended, and Ineligible Contractors during the bid process or after contract award. Bidders who cannot execute this certification will not be considered for an award.
