About this file
This document is a Non-Collusion Bidding Certification form issued by the Cherokee County School District's Procurement Services Department. The form requires bidders to certify that their bid prices have been determined independently, without collusion, consultation, or communication with other bidders or competitors. Bidders must affirm that they have not disclosed bid prices to other parties and have not attempted to induce other entities to submit or withhold bids to restrict competition.
The certification emphasizes the legal implications of collusive bidding practices, stating that such actions are a crime that will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The document provides space for the proposer to enter their legal name, a corporate officer's signature, their title, and printed name. The form was last updated in August 2023 and serves as a legal declaration to ensure fair and competitive bidding practices in the procurement process.
