The contract will run for one year beginning upon approval through June 30, 2027, with the possibility of six additional one-year renewals at the Department's discretion, contingent on funding availability and satisfactory vendor performance.
The annual contract amount is $199,418, with a potential seven-year total of $1,395,926, subject to appropriation. Preference will be given to Small Business Program Plan (SBPP) registered bidders; non-SBPP bidders will not be considered if a qualified SBPP bidder can meet all procurement needs.
