About this file

This document is a Project Description for a Department of Defense construction project at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The scope of work involves the installation of new doors and walls at two buildings: Building 2600 located on Charles Street and Building 11 located on Post Lane, both at Camp Lejeune. The work is intended to accommodate the tenants occupying these facilities.

The project requires that the facility remain operational throughout the entire construction period, with the contractor obligated to minimize disruption to normal operations. The contractor's supervision structure permits a single individual to serve concurrently as the Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, and Safety & Health Officer, provided that person meets all qualifications as defined in the project specification. This document is distributed for DoD community use only and establishes the foundational parameters for contractor performance on this facility improvement project.
