About this file
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) seeking comprehensive prekindergarten instructional and assessment resources that support intentional teaching and purposeful learning based on developmentally appropriate practices and standards aligned with CCRS for grades K-12. The solicitation is for a 5-year base period Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
The RFQ requires vendors to provide standards alignment documentation, teacher print and digital resources, portfolio and assessment systems, professional learning implementation plans, face-to-face professional learning, webinars, virtual coaching sessions, and technical support. Questions are due by January 22, 2025 at 17:00 EST. The evaluation will be based on three factors: Technical Approach (with four equal subfactors), Past Performance (requiring 3-5 relevant references within past 5 years), and Price. Technical factors are more important than Past Performance, and non-price factors combined are more important than price. The minimum guaranteed amount is $10,000. The contract includes requirements for Section 508 compliance and various reporting requirements. The solicitation includes specific quantities such as 425 units of teacher print resources, 2,250 teacher digital resources, and 385 virtual coaching sessions.
