About this file
This document is an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) Fee Schedule and Cost Proposal for property and casualty insurance brokerage services, likely for a state government agency. The ITN covers property insurance broker of record/reinsurance broker services and out-of-state workers' compensation insurance broker services for an initial five-year contract period, with potential renewal for an additional five years. The contract includes providing fifty (50) general risk control consulting hours annually to State Agencies and Eligible Users, with the option to purchase additional consulting hours beyond the initial fifty.
The fee structure is designed as an annual flat Broker Fee, to be paid in four equal quarterly installments. Critically, the document stipulates that no commission may be received by the broker, subsidiaries, or other entities for placement of property and casualty insurance. The pricing columns distinguish between the initial contract years (1-5) and potential renewal years (6-10), though specific dollar amounts are not specified in this document. The broker is required to provide comprehensive services as outlined in Attachment A, Scope of Work, covering property program insurance, out-of-state workers' compensation, and risk control consulting services.
