About this file

This document is Appendix 1 - Permits for a Federal Site Infrastructure Repair Work Order Contract (Contract No. 25-0138) involving Pinellas County. The contract establishes permit requirements for infrastructure repair work that will be determined on a case-by-case basis for each individual work order. The County is responsible for obtaining and providing known Federal and State permits prior to issuing each work order, while the Contractor must secure and maintain additional permits, including dewatering and tree removal/relocation permits.

For each work order project, the Contractor will be provided with a Pinellas County Habitat Management Permit application, which must be approved by the County before work can commence. Upon approval, the Contractor must comply with all permit terms and conditions as specified in the Pinellas County Code of Ordinances, specifically Part III, Land Development Code, Chapter 166, Article II, Division 2. The permit requirements are flexible and will be tailored to the specific nature and scope of each individual work order within the infrastructure repair project.
