Q1. According to sheet D101, we are to remove the existing cooler and freezers at the PCS Warehouse. R.C. Stevens Construction Company is planning on attending the site visit on Thursday April 25th but was wondering if we can get the name of the existing cooler and freezer manufacturer.

Q2. According to sheet D101, the existing chain link fence is to remain. If the fencing is supposed to remain during the removal of the existing equipment, will we be utilizing the man gate to remove the prefabricated panels or go through the PCS warehouse.

Any existing chain link fencing removed, to include the inserted privacy slats, must be reinstalled by the contractor. Q3. Where the existing equipment is located at the PCS Warehouse, are we responsible for patching and/or repairing the exterior before installing the new Cooler & Freezers?

A3. If repairing the exterior is required to ensure the proper installation and weather proofing of the new cooler and freezers, then yes. Notes to this effect will be added to the documents by addendum.
