About this file

This document is a pricing worksheet for RFP 20242068 Fleet Battery Price Agreements, issued by the City of Eugene, Oregon and covering Lane County. The solicitation seeks to establish one or more five-year price agreements for the provision of vehicle and equipment batteries for the City of Eugene Fleet Services Division. The worksheet details the battery specifications, including minimum cranking amps (CCA) and reserve capacity requirements, and requests vendors to provide brand name, part number, CCA, total delivered cost, and warranty period for a range of battery types and sizes. Vendors are also asked to provide percentage discounts off list price for motorcycle batteries and any battery sizes not listed. The worksheet also includes a section for alkaline and lithium battery pricing.

The pricing terms indicate that the City is seeking competitive pricing for a variety of battery types and sizes to support their fleet operations. While no specific set-aside or incumbent information is provided, the worksheet suggests the City is interested in establishing multiple price agreements to ensure a reliable supply of batteries at favorable terms.
