About this file
This addendum modifies the bid documents for the Plaza-Alleyway Repair and Replacement project at the Thomas D. Lambros Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse in Youngstown, Ohio. The project includes removing and replacing the existing paver system along Market Street and Front Street with a new ADA-compliant architectural paver system to coincide with installing new security-rated bollards extending along those streets within the existing public plaza. The addendum also revises the project summary description to reflect the bollard installation and notes the alleyway will be removed and replaced with proper substrate and finish to address reported past deficiencies within the gated area. The General Services Administration Public Buildings Service Region 5 is the agency soliciting these construction services under solicitation number 47PF0020R0015.
