About this file
This is a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement attachment for a Request for Statements of Qualification (RFSQ) issued by the Salt Lake City School District (SLCSD) in Utah for financial advisor services. The RFSQ seeks responses from registered municipal advisor financial firms to provide comprehensive financial advisory services to the district. Responses must be submitted through the Bonfire system, with all official communications and modifications issued exclusively through that platform or via authorized addenda from the SLCSD Purchasing Department. Prospective respondents are instructed that only information received through official addendum or Bonfire constitutes the official position of SLCSD, and any reliance on other sources of communication may result in a determination of non-responsiveness and rejection at the sole discretion of the district. The Bonfire submission system maintains complete confidentiality of responses until the solicitation deadline, allowing firms to submit and modify submissions at any time prior to closure without time constraints.
The Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement establishes the legal framework governing the handling of sensitive information exchanged during the procurement process. This attachment, along with the Main RFSQ Document, Standard Terms and Conditions (Attachment A), and other supporting documents, comprises the complete solicitation package and contains critical terms, conditions, specifications, and scope of work requirements. Respondents must comply with all provisions outlined in these documents, and any modifications to the procurement effort will be communicated exclusively through authorized addenda issued by the SLCSD Purchasing Department. The agreement ensures that all proprietary and confidential information submitted by competing firms remains protected throughout the evaluation process.
