About this file

This document is a draft Request for Proposals (RFP) for the FY25-FY34 AEGIS Ship Integration and Test (SI&T) contract. The Navy is seeking industry feedback on the draft solicitation, which covers combat system equipment testing and troubleshooting for new construction and in-service AEGIS Destroyers and Cruisers, as well as allied navy ships, AEGIS land-based sites, and Ballistic Missile Defense upgrades.

The RFP outlines the evaluation factors, including Technical Approach, Sample Problems, Management Approach, Past Performance, and Total Evaluated Cost/Price, with Factors 1-4 being significantly more important than price. It provides details on the information to be included in the technical, management, and pricing volumes of proposals. The Government will make a Bidder's Library available to assist offerors in proposal preparation. Industry feedback on the draft RFP is requested within 30 days.
